1/2 c mayonnaise
3 T buttermilk
1 T chp fresh chives
1 T chp fresh parsley
1 t white wine vinegar
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t celery seeds
1/4 t salt
1/4 t freshly ground black pepper
1 lg clove garlic, minced
Whisk all ingredients together.
